1. What if I forgot my registration code?
If you don’t remember the registration code , go to the “Retrieve License Code” page and follow the instructions to get back your license code.
2. Can I change the licensed email?
Sorry, you cannot change the licensed email address, because its the unique identifier of your account.
3. How to register AppHut products?
To register the product, open it on your computer and click the Register icon in the right-top corner, which will open a new window as below:
You will receive an email with the registration code after purchasing the AppHut product. Copy and paste the registration code from the email into the product's Register window.
Click on the Register button to proceed. You'll get a pop-up window that shows you have successfully registered.

Yes. Purchasing from AppHut is 100% secure and we take your privacy very seriously. We take various steps to secure your privacy when browsing our website, downloading our products or placing orders on our website.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. Can I cancel a subscription after purchase?
The basic 1-month, 1-quarter and 1-year licenses often come with automatic renewals. But if you don’t want to renew the subscription, you can cancel at any time. Follow the instructions here to cancel the subcription.
4. What happens when I cancel my subscription?
The plan will remain active until the end of your billing period, after which the license will be downgraded to the basic plan.
